Why Business Fails

October 1993, I set up my first business and over the years I have had some great successes and also some great failures.

I have come to realise that an entrepreneur is someone who solves problems at a profit and one of the most important business questions today is ‘Who is your target market?’

It might shock you to know that the vast majority of people out there today will not be your target market.

Hot Question
Look back over the last five years of your business, who have your customers been?
  • Stop trying to please everyone and focus on the 1% that is truly your target market.
  • Stop wasting time marketing and cold calling people who will never buy from you.
  • Spend all your time giving massive value to the customers who currently buy from you.
